Alhind Holidays is a travel and tour company. We do not own/control/operate any Airline, cruise lines, railways, coach/car company, hotel or any other independent contractor or service provider in connection with services mentioned/offered in our tour programs/itinerary/brochures/website, therefore we are not responsible for any liability in case of injury lose damage delay or accident or default if any, in the services of such independent contractor or service providers or person engaged in carrying out the arrangements.

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying throughout the journey their valid travel documents, health certificate and information pertaining to laws and customs of their destinations. Alhind Holidays is not responsible for any charges, fees, penalties that subsequently may be imposed by any government agency due to incomplete or in correct travel documents.

Alhind Holidays shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage resulting from acts of God (Force Majeure).

All passengers should carry a valid ID proof.

Passenger Type

• Adult - Any persons above the age of 12

• Child - A person between the age 2-12yrs

• Infant - A person below the age of 2 yrs


• Rates/prices valid for Indian passport holder only.

• All rates/prices are subject to change influenced by change in season, rates of exchange (ROE), and taxes.

• Alhind Holidays reserves right to amend the price prior to departure.


• Single room means - A room exclusively for one person.

• Double room means - A room for two persons.

• Twin Share means - Two single beds in a double room and the rates will be for one person and sold for a minimum two person.

• Triple means - Three persons in a room and mostly the third person will be provided with a extra cot or a roll away cot.

• Check-in/check-out time in a hotels is usually various from to hotel to hotel, region to region however generally check-in time is 12.00hrs to 14.00hrs, and check-out is 11.00hrs to 12.00 hrs. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

Food Plan

• Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner whichever or all included in tour itinerary will be a preset menu.

• Any special meal/diet is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed

Child Policy

• Children below the age of 5, Stay is complementary excluding food.

• Any children booked “without bed” rate will not be provided with a bed.

• All booking of the children should be with Date of Birth/age.

Transfers and Sightseeing

• Coach travel will be on a seat in coach basis (SIC) and there may be more than one coach departing at intervals. Certain sightseeing tours are starting and ending at common point, where passenger will have to reach such point own their own.

General Notice

• All passengers are expected to respect the tradition and custom of the host countries.

• All passengers are expected to comply with the rules and regulations of the Airlines, ship, hotels, coach, car operator.


• Exclusions means all those components not included in inclusions, generally like food which is not included in the inclusions, personal expenses guide and entrance fee for sightseeing where ever applicable, tips and porter charges.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellation to be effected to us directly by letter, fax or email by the passenger.

• Due to supplier policies it is necessary to charges cancellation charges.

• Cancellation policy varies from supplier to supplier.

• For all group booking only the group leader can request/intimate for the cancellation.

The Normal cancelation charges are as follows:

• 10 days before to check in date - 100% cancellation charges (NO REFUND).

• 20 days to 10 days before departure - 35% service taken/Tour charges

• 30 days to 17 days before departure -25% service taken/Tour charges

• 30 days before departure - no cancellation charges but the processing Charges.


• All refund requests are subject to obtaining approval from our suppliers.

• Supplier reserves the right to approve or reject refund.

• Applicable supplier penalty/administrative fees will be deducted.

• Refund will be paid to the customer only, who has made and or made the payment to us.

• No refund will be paid for partially utilised services and no shows.

• Group booking refund charges differs from individual booking.

• Final refund payment will be subject to above clauses.

• All payment will be done by cheque only.

Booking Policy

• All booking are required with Full Name, Age, Date of Birth, Permanent and currant Address with valid ID proof.


• At the time of booking 20% non refundable advance to be paid.

• 20 days prior to the journey 30% to be paid

• 10 days prior to journey full and final payment to be made.

• In the event of travel within 72hrs of the booking 100% payment to be made.
