• PAYMENT TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY
• • Booking deposit: USD 1,100 per person
• • Full payment required 30 days prior to departure
• • Arrival/departure transfers between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM attract a supplement
• • Cancellation Policy:
• o 30 days & above: Full refund
• o 29–15 days: 50% refund
• o 14–0 days: No refund
• • Credit card payments attract a service fee
• • Bank wire transfers are subject to applicable bank charges

Terms & Conditions

• A valid credit card is mandatory per room at hotel check-in for incidental deposits.
• • Flight details and local contact numbers must be shared at least 15 working days prior to
• departure.
• • Coach allocation will depend on final group size.
• • For departures with 12 adults or fewer, services may operate on SIC or driver-cum-guide
• basis.
• • Child age: 2–9 years. Above 9 years will be considered an adult.
• • Hotels, sightseeing, and transfers may be substituted with equivalent or higher-category
• services if required.
• • No refunds for unused services or meals missed due to flight schedules.
• • Early check-in is subject to hotel availability and not guaranteed.
• • Wheelchair assistance must be arranged by passengers directly.
• • Wifi availability is subject to hotel policy and may be chargeable.
• • Seating in coaches is on a first-come, first-served basis.
• • Late booking fee applies for bookings made within 15 days of travel.
